The tokenized real-world asset platform adds a veteran executive with hedge fund, treasury and risk management experience as it expands institutional products and market infrastructure.
Ondo Finance has appointed former Blockchain.com Chief Financial Officer Adam Schlisman as its CFO, bringing in another senior executive as the tokenized asset platform expands its institutional business. Schlisman joined from global macro hedge fund Monashee Investment Management, where he served as CFO, after earlier overseeing finance, treasury and risk at Blockchain.com and spending nearly a decade at Graham Capital Management. Founded in 2021 by former Goldman Sachs executives, Ondo said it has more than $3.5 billion across its platform and is broadening its tokenized markets business through initiatives including Ondo Network, Ondo Perps and Ondo Global Markets. The hire follows other leadership changes, including the June appointment of former Grayscale and Invesco executive John Hoffman and the succession of longtime president Ian De Bode to chief executive officer after founder Nathan Allman died unexpectedly in May.
