Second-quarter revenue climbed 24% to $546.47 million and adjusted EPS reached 28 cents as Unity forecast third-quarter strategic revenue and adjusted EBITDA above analyst expectations.
Unity Software Inc. shares jumped 14.80% to $40.72 on Thursday afternoon after the company reported second-quarter 2026 results that beat Wall Street forecasts and issued third-quarter guidance ahead of consensus estimates. Revenue rose 24% year over year to $546.47 million, topping expectations of $514.61 million, while strategic revenue increased 38% to $486.41 million, helped by a 35% rise in Grow Solutions revenue to $389 million. Adjusted EPS came in at 28 cents per share, compared with expectations for a loss of 9 cents per share and 18 cents in the prior-year period. Operating cash flow reached $206 million and free cash flow totaled $202 million. For the third quarter, Unity projected strategic revenue of $540 million to $550 million, above analyst estimates of $538.79 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $185 million to $190 million, representing year-over-year growth of 69% to 74%. President and CEO Matt Bromberg called it "arguably the best quarter in Unity's history as a public company" and said momentum from Unity Vector AI and the product roadmap is helping drive value for creators, players and shareholders.
