The hire comes as ChangeNOW pushes beyond standalone crypto services toward a super app spanning wallets, payments, swaps, trading and digital asset management for consumers and businesses.
ChangeNOW said Martin Masser, previously Head of Growth at TON Foundation, has joined as Director of Strategic Partnerships to build relationships with blockchain networks, wallets, fintech companies, payment providers and other infrastructure partners as the company advances its crypto super app strategy. The platform is moving from standalone services toward a single product where users can buy, store, swap, trade, send, receive and grow digital assets, while businesses are being offered tools for crypto payments, exchange, stablecoin settlement and Web3 integrations. ChangeNOW said the role is meant to make its infrastructure more complete, reduce the need for clients to move across platforms and networks, and support product adoption and market visibility. The company added that since 2017 it has evolved from an instant exchange into a platform covering storage, swaps, trading, staking and asset management for millions of clients worldwide.
