China Yuchai first-half profit rises 57.4% as engine sales and margins improve

The company also acquired a 27.97% stake in Nanyue Fuel Injection Systems Co., Ltd., secured operational control through a concerted action agreement, and said the deal strengthens supply of key powertrain components. Cash and bank balances stood at RMB 8.1 billion as borrowings fell, and a US$0.87 per-share cash dividend for 2025 was paid in July 2026.
