
The Singapore-based AI infrastructure startup said the round included Vertex Growth and lifted total funding above $480 million, with proceeds aimed at capacity expansion, ecosystem development and its next computing platform.
Acrab has raised US$130 million in a Series B round backed by Vertex Growth, Vertex Ventures SEA & India and other institutional investors, taking total funding above $480 million as the Singapore-based startup pushes deeper into commercialization. The company previously emerged from stealth with more than US$350 million in cumulative funding and launched its GΞLIX 1-powered Agent Box platform. Acrab said it is building a full-stack AI computing platform spanning self-developed chips, edge AI models and software orchestration to support real-time AI Agent operations and task execution, and will use the new capital to expand product capacity, strengthen its technology ecosystem and accelerate development of its next-generation platform.
