The gaming and entertainment company said the delay will give it more time to decide whether a proposed share consolidation is still needed.
GCL Global Holdings Ltd. said its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which convened on Aug. 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Singapore time in Singapore, has been adjourned to Dec. 1, 2026, at the same time and place. The Nasdaq-listed games and entertainment company said it is still assessing compliance with applicable Nasdaq listing requirements and has concluded that the proposed share consolidation may not be necessary at this time. GCL said the extra time will let it evaluate available options and choose the course of action it believes is in shareholders' best interests. Valid proxies already submitted will remain in effect for the reconvened meeting, while the deadline for new proxy votes has been extended to 11:59 p.m. EDT on Nov. 27.
