Garcia, currently CFO of Walmart Mexico & Central America, will join in October 2026 before taking over on December 1 after a transition period.
Pandora said Chief Financial Officer Anders Boyer will retire on November 30, 2026, ending more than 14 years with the company, and will be succeeded by Paulo Garcia. Garcia, a Portuguese national who is currently CFO of Walmart Mexico & Central America, will join Pandora on October 1, 2026 and assume the CFO role on December 1, 2026. Boyer will remain with the company until March 31, 2027 to support the handover. The jewellery company said Garcia brings 25 years of international executive experience across Europe and Latin America, including senior finance roles at Ahold Delhaize and Unilever. Pandora highlighted Boyer’s role in its 2019-20 financial turnaround and the 2021 Phoenix growth strategy, saying revenue has risen 389% since 2012 and total shareholder return has exceeded 2,000% during his tenure.
