The partnership aims to boost investor engagement and assets under management as the Indian wealth and investment firm uses Flytxt's platform to tailor advice to client goals and preferences.
Flytxt said IIFL Capital Services Limited has adopted its enterprise artificial intelligence platform to improve investor engagement and support growth in assets under management through more targeted investment recommendations. The Dubai-based announcement said IIFL Capital will use the system to better understand investor behavior, identify emerging investment opportunities and retain clients with advice matched to their financial goals and investment preferences. Flytxt said it has more than 15 years of AI experience and now serves more than 80 enterprise customers across 50 countries. The company framed the deal as part of a broader expansion in financial services, where it says NBFCs (non-banking financial companies), fintechs, insurers and retail banks are using its AI capabilities to drive customer growth, product innovation, customer service efficiency and engagement.
