BlockComp and Dragonfly launch third crypto compensation survey

The effort aims to expand a benchmark spanning 55+ organizations, 100+ countries and 11,000 compensation data points, with participants receiving three months of platform access.

Summary

BlockComp said it has partnered with Dragonfly to launch the third edition of the Crypto Compensation Survey, an initiative designed to build a broader compensation benchmark for crypto and digital asset organizations. The survey is intended to address a market where pay data is fragmented and opaque, particularly as companies weigh base salary, annual incentives, equity compensation and token-based rewards. Organizations that submit data will receive three months of complimentary access to the BlockComp platform, which the company said currently includes compensation insights from more than 55+ crypto organizations across 100+ countries and more than 11,000 compensation data points. BlockComp said all submitted information will be aggregated and anonymized under strict data privacy protocols, while Dragonfly brings its network and talent insights to help widen participation across the global digital asset ecosystem.
