AZIO AI Holdings said on Aug. 06, 2026 that it entered an agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited covering up to 128 NVIDIA HGX B300 GPU systems for deployment at U.S.-based AI infrastructure facilities. Using a current market midpoint of $600,000 per system, within a stated range of $472,000 to $720,000 depending on customer customization, the company estimated the aggregate hardware value at about $77 million if all contemplated systems are purchased, while noting actual revenue could vary with market prices, delivered volume and timing. AZIO AI said the arrangement supports the initial phase of its commercial relationship with Power Champion following an initial hosting agreement announced on July 9, 2026 and is intended to back planned next-generation AI compute infrastructure. Chief Executive Officer Chris Young said the agreement reflects continued momentum in the relationship and growing enterprise demand for AI infrastructure.
