The enterprise customer-service automation company says it will use the funding to expand in North America and globally, including opening its first U.S. office in the second half of 2026.
Omilia has completed a $67 million Series B led by Expedition Growth Capital, marking its second external funding round after a $20 million raise from Grafton Capital in 2020. Founded in 2002, the company said the money will support expansion in North America and other markets, including a first U.S. office planned for the second half of 2026, while it broadens its go-to-market team. Omilia has said its annual recurring revenue has grown 10x since 2020 to $60 million and that it serves clients including Capital One, Discover, RBC, DWP, PSEG and Taco Bell. Chief Executive Officer Dimitris Vassos has argued that contact centers need a mix of AI tools rather than relying only on large language models for routine queries. Omilia describes its platform as self-learning agent CX software for enterprise call centers built on proprietary voice AI and says it supports FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards.
