BNB Chain said real-world asset token addresses reached a record above 300,000 as it ranked second in RWA value, while earlier 2026 data showed rapid tokenized stock and ETF growth before Robinhood Chain took the stock-holder lead.
BNB Chain said on Friday that addresses holding real-world asset tokens rose above 300,000, a record for the network, and the report cited DeFiLlama data showing it ranked second in RWA total value locked at $5.64 billion, behind Ethereum's $16.52 billion. Earlier 2026 data showed BNB Chain had added 395,000 stock-token holders over the prior year, listed more than 709 tokenized stocks and ETFs by late June, generated more than $5 billion in cumulative trading volume and more than $1 billion in market capitalization for those assets, while Ondo's tokenized stock offerings on the chain grew 440% to $221 million. Earlier reporting also put BNB Chain's broader RWA market at about $3.89 billion by mid-2026, with roughly $900 million in RWA trading volume in May 2026 and 76 million to 80 million stablecoin holders supporting activity. PANews data cited on Aug. 6 said BNB Chain led blockchains in tokenized ETF holder count, with Solana second and Base third, but by late July 2026 Robinhood Chain led tokenized-stock holders at about 329,200, ahead of Solana's 281,400 and BNB Chain's 214,600; the newer report also said BNB traded around $591.67, above support near $584, with a report-defined recovery target of $615 to $620 if that level holds.
