MoonPay launches Enterprise stablecoin payments platform for banks, fintechs and merchants

The new unit, built after MoonPay’s March 2025 acquisition of Iron, combines fiat rails, stablecoin conversion, treasury tools, issuance and settlement across more than 190 countries.

Summary

MoonPay has introduced MoonPay Enterprise, a stablecoin infrastructure platform aimed at banks, fintech companies and merchants handling cross-border and real-time payments. The offering brings together local and international fiat payment rails, stablecoin conversion, treasury management, issuance and settlement in a single integration, a move MoonPay says is meant to replace the patchwork of providers businesses have typically needed for deposits, liquidity, issuance and global payouts. The launch marks MoonPay’s biggest platform expansion since it acquired stablecoin infrastructure provider Iron in March 2025. Iron’s API-first infrastructure (software tools for integrating financial services) underpins the product, including virtual accounts, fiat-to-stablecoin conversion, global payouts and treasury services. MoonPay said the platform can receive fiat through SEPA, ACH, FPS, PIX and SWIFT, automatically convert incoming funds into stablecoins and settle them into designated wallets, while also supporting institutional liquidity for treasury operations and large conversions. Businesses can also send payments in stablecoins or local currencies and issue fully reserved white label stablecoins. MoonPay said the platform already handles hundreds of millions of dollars in volume across more than 190 countries for over 50 enterprise partners, including Deel, Paysafe, Whop, WalletConnect, Ingenico, Avici, Exodus, Citrea and Scopex. Availability varies by market, jurisdiction, asset and liquidity pair.
