The platform uses AI-guided scoping, structured RFP creation, and provider transparency to help organizations define requirements before provider selection across cybersecurity, IT, and OT engagements.
The Cyber Exchange has launched a structured sourcing platform for cybersecurity, IT, and OT services that aims to help organizations define project requirements before provider selection. The company said the platform combines AI-guided scoping, structured RFP creation, and provider transparency to reduce sourcing risk, improve project alignment, and curb wasted pre-sales effort on poorly defined engagements. Built on the sourcing and delivery model developed by ProServ Solutions Group, the system is intended to address the manual RFPs, referrals, and inconsistent sourcing practices that Aaron Smith and Bill Unger said often slow projects and produce weak matches between buyers and providers.
