Toll Brothers said it is selling nine professionally decorated, fully furnished model homes at Regency at Folsom Ranch, a 55+ active-adult community in Folsom, California, with prices starting in the upper $800,000s. The homes include three models each from the Sequoia, Redwood and Tahoe Collections, which the company said are nearing their final phases of home sites, and offer single-story layouts ranging from approximately 1,400 to more than 2,400 square feet with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 2.5 baths and 2-car garages. The builder said the move-in-ready residences feature indoor-outdoor living spaces, expansive great rooms, well-appointed kitchens, flex spaces, spa-like primary suites and Designer Appointed Features, while the broader master-planned community offers an 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, fitness center, pools, spas, courts, trails, social spaces and an onsite Lifestyle Director.
