Nancy Jones, widow of George Jones, reported a loss of approximately $17 million in an XRP scam involving her ex-boyfriend Kirk West, who allegedly stole over $400,000 in cash and more than 5.5 million XRP tokens. Most of the missing cryptocurrency has been recovered, but around $1.2 million worth remains unaccounted for. West faces felony charges and is scheduled for a court appearance on October 23.
