This acquisition raises Strategy’s total holdings to 628,791 BTC, valued at approximately $80 billion. The IPO, the largest in the U.S. for 2025, involved 28,011,111 shares priced at $90 each. The company aims to acquire an additional 17,000 BTC over the next decade under its 42/42 program.
