Nano Labs has confirmed an investment in CEA Industries Inc., purchasing 495,050 shares at $10.10 each and an equal number of warrants at $15.15. This investment is part of a $500 million PIPE financing plan designed to enhance BNB reserves. If all warrants are exercised, Nano Labs could hold up to 990,100 shares. Currently, Nano Labs possesses approximately 128,000 BNB tokens.
