PANews reports that on August 10, following on-chain analysis by Ember, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes transferred 14.8M USDC to exchanges and institutional platforms. In a two-hour period, his accounts received assets worth $6.85M, including 1250 ETH, 424K LDO, 420K ETHFI, and 92K PENDLE. This move came after his August 2 forecast predicting BTC would drop to $100K and ETH to $3K, prompting him to sell ETH and ecosystem tokens—ENA, AAVE, LDO, ETHFI, and PENDLE—purchased in July at around $3,506.
