According to Binance's official announcement, a new USDC reward plan will offer a 4% fixed annualized interest rate for new margin or staking borrowings from August 15 to September 16, 2025 (GMT+8). The program, available to VIP 9 users, spans current borrowing, VIP borrowing, cross and isolated margin loans, and institutional lending.
