On August 16, CoinGecko, a cryptocurrency data aggregator, announced in an official statement a leadership restructuring: co-founder and longtime COO Bobby Ong was appointed CEO; former CEO TM Lee became President to drive product vision and innovation; Cedric Chan was named CTO to lead the technology roadmap and infrastructure upgrades. Ho Xingyi was also appointed Head of Product.
