Kraken’s purchase of Israeli firm Capitalise.ai brings natural language trading automation to Kraken Pro, enabling users to design and execute strategies without coding later this year.
Kraken has completed the acquisition of Capitalise.ai, an Israeli no-code trading automation company. The acquisition will enable Kraken Pro users to create, test, and execute automated strategies in natural language without programming knowledge. While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, Kraken confirmed rollout of the integrated features later in 2025. Capitalise.ai’s technology aims to simplify advanced trading processes and broaden accessibility for professional traders on Kraken Pro.
