The latest wealth ranking shows Binance’s Changpeng Zhao leading the crypto industry, followed by Tether, Coinbase, Ripple, and other major figures, based on Forbes and Bloomberg data.
The 2025 crypto wealth ranking places Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) at the top with a $65.2 billion net worth from his 90% Binance stake. Other top individuals include Tether’s Giancarlo Devasini ($22.4B), Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong ($17.2B), Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen ($10.1B), and MicroStrategy’s Michael Saylor ($9.8B). Tether and Bitfinex executives Paolo Ardoino, Jean-Louis van der Velde, and Stuart Hoegner also rank in the top ten, alongside TRON founder Justin Sun ($8.5B) and Galaxy Digital’s Michael Novogratz ($6.0B). Notably, Satoshi Nakamoto, estimated to control $110 billion in Bitcoin, is excluded. The ranking is based on Forbes and Bloomberg data from summer 2025.
