Suilend, a lending protocol on the Sui network, suspended IKA lending after the token’s price surged from $0.04 to $0.47, causing overvalued loans to be liquidated and creating a $379,000 shortfall. As a result, IKA depositors experienced a 6% reduction in balances. Despite the impact, other assets and markets remain unaffected.
