On Sept. 11 at the 2025 Inclusion·Bund Conference, Ant Digital Technologies CTO Yan Ying announced the launch of an Agentic Contract, to be natively deployed on the company’s next-generation Jovay Layer-2 blockchain. The company describes it as a fundamental upgrade of smart contracts—from rule-based automation to autonomous, environment-aware, dynamically decision-making systems—aimed at advancing global value networks.
