RocoMamas, known for burgers and ribs, and Panarottis, a pizza chain, now allow customers to use Bitcoin for everyday purchases. The Lightning Network, a second-layer protocol built on Bitcoin, enables near-instant and low-cost transactions compared to the main blockchain.
