Keyrock’s acquisition of Luxembourg-based Turing Capital launches its Asset and Wealth Management division, aiming to integrate fund management with blockchain-based services for institutional and private investors.
Keyrock has acquired Turing Capital, a Luxembourg-registered alternative investment fund manager, to establish a new Asset and Wealth Management division. The move expands Keyrock’s services from liquidity provision to long-term investment strategies. Turing Capital’s co-founder Jorge Schnura will lead the division as president and join Keyrock’s executive committee. The firm has applied for regulatory approval under the EU’s MiCA framework through Liechtenstein’s financial regulator, with plans to offer portfolio management and advisory services. Keyrock executives emphasized that the merger positions the company to compete with traditional asset managers as digital assets transition on-chain.
