Binance will launch two new perpetual contracts on September 17, 2025: TOSHIUSDT, with up to 75x leverage, and STBLUSDT, with up to 50x leverage. TOSHI is a memecoin linked to the Base blockchain, while STBL is a stablecoin backed by real-world assets. Both contracts will be available for Futures Copy Trading within 24 hours of launch, and will be included in Binance’s New Listing Fee Promotion campaign.
