Victory Securities Holdings Limited and Boyaa Interactive International Limited have formed a strategic partnership to explore Web3 ecosystem opportunities. Victory Securities will provide Boyaa with a compliant digital asset management plan to support its Web3 gaming development. Boyaa, which has pursued a Web3 strategy since 2023, held about 3,670 bitcoins as of late August 2025 and recently purchased approximately 245 bitcoins for HK$219 million.
