The blockchain-powered vertical farm integrates AI and robotics, offering up to 20% APY for NFT-based revenue stream holders.
peaq has unveiled the world’s first tokenized robo-farm in Hong Kong, developed with DualMint and KanayaAI, during Korean Blockchain Week. The semi-autonomous vertical farm uses hydroponics, robotics, and AI to automate 80% of tasks, including planting and harvesting, enabling around 12 crop cycles per year with reduced resource use. Ownership of revenue streams will be represented by NFTs on peaq’s blockchain, potentially offering up to 20% APY. The initiative aims to improve efficiency and sustainability in urban farming while decoupling yields from crypto market volatility.
