Lighter, a decentralized perpetual exchange backed by a16z, officially announced the public launch of its mainnet after eight months of private testing. The press release stated that despite delays in the rollout of Real World Assets (RWA) and Pre-launch perpetual contracts, the project will focus on an invitation-based growth model and a points-driven incentive system to build user participation. The Token Generation Event (TGE) is planned for Q4, with incentives designed to enhance long-term user retention.
