The project introduces a blockchain-based framework for copyright-compliant AI training data, backed by $15M seed funding from a16z crypto.
Poseidon has released a lightweight white paper detailing plans to develop a decentralized full-stack infrastructure for AI training data. Using subnets and modular data pipelines, the system allows global data providers to supply copyright-compliant AI training datasets securely. All contributions will be registered on the Story chain as programmable IP assets, ensuring copyright traceability and rewarding contributors through incentive mechanisms. The initiative aims to address AI data scarcity and long-tail challenges to foster open and sustainable AI growth. Recently, Poseidon launched its app, amassing over 30,000 hours of audio data in two weeks, and secured $15 million in seed funding from a16z crypto.
