Lighter has revealed a compensation package of 250,000 points for traders impacted by the October 10 market crash. This includes 150,000 points and USDC fee refunds for $25 million in losses due to platform performance decline, 25,000 points for LLP holders with 5% asset drops, and 75,000 points plus fee refunds for $7 million in losses during a post-crash database outage. The second season of rewards starts on October 17 with 600,000 points distributed weekly.
