The global cryptocurrency market capitalization decreased by 2.9% to $3.89 trillion this week, down from $4.01 trillion. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw a $1.23 billion net outflow, while Ethereum ETFs experienced $311 million in outflows. The stablecoin market capitalization stands at $304.4 billion, with USDT and USDC leading. Total DeFi TVL dropped 3.3% to $152.2 billion, and blockchain activity showed varied trends, with Ton seeing a 63% drop in daily transactions, while Sui and Aptos gained active addresses. Several token generation events and investments from major firms like a16z Crypto, Framework Ventures, and Kraken were also recorded.
