BitcoinOS raises $10 million to advance Bitcoin programmability, enhance cross-chain interoperability, and introduce institutional-grade BTC yield protocols like Grail Pro.
BitcoinOS has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Greenfield Capital, with support from investors like FalconX and DNA Fund. The funds will be used to accelerate the development of BTC yield generation tools, including Grail Pro, a Bitcoin yield protocol in pilot testing. BitcoinOS achieved a breakthrough by verifying the first-ever zero-knowledge proof on Bitcoin’s mainnet, enabling programmability without altering Bitcoin's base protocol. The platform also aims to improve cross-chain interoperability with networks like Ethereum and Cardano, and is positioned to expand the Bitcoin decentralized finance (BTCFi) ecosystem.
