According to Zepz, the Sendwave Wallet will leverage USDC on Solana to enable stablecoin-based cross-border payments for users in more than 100 countries.
In an official press release, Zepz—operator of WorldRemit and Sendwave—announced the launch of the Sendwave Wallet, a crypto wallet built on the Solana blockchain and powered by USDC. The wallet aims to provide cross-border payment capabilities using stablecoins to users across over 100 countries. Zepz processes approximately $15 billion in annual remittance volume, and the new product extends its digital financial services into the blockchain-based payment space.
