Max Glass alleges RWA executives illegally terminated him to seize rights to a CrossLend-linked stablecoin project that later became M^0, excluding him from profits.
Former RWA Company executive Max Glass filed a lawsuit in Delaware claiming wrongful termination to enable the seizure of a stablecoin project that evolved into M^0. He alleges executives Gregory DiPrisco and Joseph Quintilian fraudulently took control of the project, transferred its intellectual property from a partnership with CrossLend, and excluded him from any financial benefits. M^0 today serves as infrastructure for MetaMask’s mUSD stablecoin.
