Genius Group Limited officially announced a $0.10 per share Bitcoin reward program for eligible shareholders. Participants must transfer their shares to the company's transfer agent, VStock, for book-entry registration and maintain this form of holding for six months to qualify. The company noted that 60.3% of its shares are currently in book-entry form, meaning the majority of shareholders may already meet part of the eligibility requirements.
