Fireblocks announced it has acquired Dynamic, a developer platform serving firms such as Kraken, Magic Eden, and Ondo Finance, according to its official statement. The deal integrates Fireblocks’ security infrastructure with Dynamic’s wallet, authentication, and onboarding tools, forming what the company calls the first complete custody-to-consumer stack. Fireblocks processes over $4 trillion in digital asset transfers annually using MPC technology and its settlement network. The acquisition aims to help fintechs, payment providers, and Web3 startups rapidly deploy secure on-chain products like stablecoin accounts and DeFi trading features without complex builds. Financial terms were not disclosed.
