Blockworks, valued at $135M after a $12M raise in 2023, is reportedly closing its newsroom despite projected annual revenue exceeding $30M according to Fortune.
Former Blockworks reporter Sam Reynolds stated on Oct. 30 that the company will close its newsroom. Blockworks, which raised $12 million in May 2023 at a $135 million valuation backed by 10T Holdings and Framework Ventures, is projected by Fortune to generate over $30 million in annual revenue in 2025 through its expanding data sales business.
