S&T Holdings will issue a collateralized convertible bond maturing in 2026, subscribed by LMR Partners, to fund blockchain-driven digital finance and RWA tokenization projects.
On November 2, Hong Kong-listed S&T Holdings announced it will issue collateralized convertible bonds maturing in 2026 to raise HK$273 million ($35 million). LMR Partners will subscribe to the issuance, resulting in net proceeds of $33.565 million. According to the company's official statement, the funds will support its digital finance operations and enhance its real-world asset (RWA) tokenization framework.
