FTSE Russell partners with Chainlink to bring benchmark indices to blockchain for the first time, connecting regulated market data with on-chain financial ecosystems.
FTSE Russell, in an official statement, confirmed its first-ever integration of benchmark stock indices with blockchain technology through a partnership with Chainlink. Leveraging Chainlink’s DataLink, the company will make indices like the Russell 1000, Russell 2000, Russell 3000, and FTSE 100 accessible across more than 50 public and private blockchains. This initiative links regulated market data directly to on-chain finance, enabling greater transparency and fostering growth in tokenized assets and next-generation financial products.
