Changpeng Zhao reflected on past downturns in Bitcoin and BNB prices, disclosed a recent Aster buy, and confirmed he will no longer share trade details publicly.
Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) stated on X that he had often faced losses soon after purchasing cryptocurrencies, citing Bitcoin at $600 in 2014 later dropping to $200, and BNB in 2017 falling 20–30%. He disclosed adding the cryptocurrency Aster to his holdings the previous day but warned about the risks involved. CZ announced he will stop publicizing his trades to avoid influencing others based on his moves.
