Standard Chartered Hong Kong announced it will launch Bitcoin and Ethereum custody services in January, as confirmed by CEO Mary Huen. The expansion brings the bank’s existing digital asset offerings—currently available in Luxembourg and the UAE—to Hong Kong. The bank plans to form strategic collaborations with other institutions to strengthen its position in the digital asset market.
