BitMine and SharpLink report increased ETH holdings despite sizable unrealized losses, underscoring major institutional positions in Ethereum’s market.
In its official disclosure, BitMine Immersion Technologies reported holding about 3.4 million ETH valued at $11.32 billion, a 20% increase over the past 30 days, while carrying an unrealized loss of $2.4 billion. SharpLink holds approximately 860,000 ETH worth $2.86 billion, up 2.5% in the same period, with an unrealized loss of $170 million. Both companies’ ETH positions exceed their respective market capitalizations, highlighting significant institutional stakes in Ethereum.
