International Commercial Digital Technology has officially announced plans to place up to 28 million shares at HK$3.60 each, aiming to raise net proceeds of HK$99.72 million. The funds will be directed toward developing new technologies, expanding overseas virtual asset services, and supporting general corporate operations, with all targeted projects scheduled for completion by 2027.
