Decibel, developed by Decibel Foundation and Aptos Labs, officially launched its testnet for programmable on-chain trading on Nov. 20. The platform offers sub-second execution speeds, a cross-chain risk engine, no-gas transfers, and real-time pricing through Chainlink. Developers can access APIs for integration, with the system designed to enhance asset mobility and trading precision across blockchain networks.
