Bullish names Jay Yarow president of CoinDesk Insights to expand its media and events reach, succeeding Sara Stratoberdha, who becomes a Bullish executive.
According to Bullish’s official announcement, Jay Yarow, former senior vice president and executive editor at CNBC and former executive editor at Business Insider, has been appointed president of CoinDesk Insights, its media and events division. Yarow replaces Sara Stratoberdha, who will take on a new executive role at Bullish. He will report directly to Bullish CEO Tom Farley and oversee growth across CoinDesk’s Media & Events and Data & Indices verticals. Bullish acquired CoinDesk in late 2023 from Digital Currency Group. Yarow’s appointment follows Bullish’s strategy to strengthen its position in crypto media and events, alongside expanding its indices and data business, as evidenced by the earlier appointment of David LaValle as president of CoinDesk Indices and Data.
