Satsuma Technology, formerly Tao Alpha PLC, announced in an official release the sale of 579 BTC, lowering its total Bitcoin holdings from 1,199 to 620 BTC, as reported by BitcoinTreasuries.NET. The sale generated around £40 million, increasing cash reserves to £90 million. The proceeds are designated for repaying convertible bondholders, part of the firm’s strategy to strengthen liquidity before its targeted London Stock Exchange Main Market uplisting.
