Bitfarms has agreed to sell its 70MW Paso Pe mine in Paraguay to Sympatheia Power Fund for up to $30 million, including $9 million in cash at closing. The transaction finalizes Bitfarms’ exit from Latin America as the company concentrates its operations in North America, where it has 341MW of operational capacity and 430MW under construction for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing projects.
